As Project Partner, you will be a matchmaker between clients and freelancers/consultants, acting as their internal voice to improve Malt's products and services. You will conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client's request to select the most suited candidates, especially for our Malt Strategy projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Find the best freelancers and consultants to meet your key account clients' needs and be a strong project partner using your insights on the freelance market
  • Work closely with the sales team and proactively build solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partner
  • Advise clients on using the platform independently and writing effective briefings to attract top experts and consultants
  • Conduct qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client's request to select suitable candidates
  • Become an expert on the Malt algorithm and best practices; advise freelancers and consultants on building strong profiles and train them on good interviewing practices
  • Improve internal processes to enhance quality, customer experience, and efficiency within our team
About you
  • You have 3+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or project management
  • Ideally, you have worked in a fast-growing B2B environment, such as SaaS or an agency, managing major client accounts
  • You go beyond your own goals and add value to your team and organization
  • You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English

  • Initial call with Chloé (Talent Acquisition Manager) to discuss your background and aspirations (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with Kristin (Head of Project Partnering DACH) to explore your experience and role fit (45-60 minutes)
  • Role Play with a Head of Project Partnering and a Business Unit Manager to assess your technical skills (45-60 minutes)
  • Final interview with Adrian (GM DACH) and Nicolas (Global Head of Project Partnering) to discuss Malt's long-term vision (30-45 minutes)
