A small company within the legal and financial advice sector.
Responsibilities
Main duties: To support with preparation of legal documents and manage client relationships; to support the managing director.
The Role:
- To support with preparation and drafting of legal documents
- To update and maintain accurate client information and manage client onboarding processes
- To liaise with new and existing clients and maintain great working relationships
- To assist with contract negotiation
- To research and collate information for commercial agreements (including non-disclosure agreements)
- To manage distribution of legal documents and ensure signatures are collected in a timely manner
- To assist with identifying and qualifying legal risks in order to support the legal team
- To support the managing director
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in Spanish to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative role - Essential
- Background within the legal sector would be an advantage
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
