Role: Assistant SPC Manager for Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance
Salary: 50K + 10% Bonus + Car + 10% Pension
The Role:
We require people to take care of Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance for a large PFI contract in the Healthcare / Hospital Sector.
You:
We seek candidates with a similar or an FM / Construction background with excellent project/organizational ability and experience working on PFI Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the completion of the services team under operational management contracts and management of variations.
- Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control programmes in relation to service providers.
- Prepare statutory reports, returns, statistics, and financial information in line with applicable law and in accordance with operational management contracts and internal policies and procedures.
- Adhere to and assist in the development of financial and operational policies.
- Assist the SPC Manager in monitoring all third-party service providers to each SPC operating company in respect of performance and availability, including a project compliance review.
