We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Psychiatrist to join our client located in Crawley, West Sussex. This position involves specialising in the care of male patients (Coral Ward). The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to in-patients, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and support. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.

What will your responsibilities be?

1. Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments.
2. Evaluating adults to understand their mental health challenges, considering their personal history and symptoms.
3. Formulating individualised treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
4. Regularly monitoring and evaluating the progress of individuals.
5. Adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise care.
6. Contributing to risk assessments and management strategies, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care.

This role requires both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• You must have a full GMC license to practice.
• Previous experience in relevant field.
