AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.


We are seeking a highly motivated Go-to-Market Specialist to drive the adoption and growth of Amazon Connect business. This role will work closely with sales, solutions architects, partners, and product teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.


Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the Amazon Connect go-to-market strategy for China customers, including customer segmentation, value proposition, and competitive positioning
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive Connect adoption and usage
  3. Create localized sales enablement materials, case studies, and technical documentation to support the China sales team
  4. Collaborate with solution architects to design and deliver compelling proof-of-concepts and customer demos
  5. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product roadmap priorities
  6. Support partner enablement initiatives to build a strong Connect implementation ecosystem in China
  7. Drive awareness through events, webinars, and customer workshops focused on contact center transformation
  8. Track and report on key business metrics, including pipeline development, win rates, and customer adoption

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
