Job Description

Job title: Develop and drive long term customer and internal relations aligned with common strategy and goals. Problem solve critical situations that lead to long term customer first solutions. Work alongside the EU marketing, clinical, service and supply chain teams to deliver customer requirements. Ensure quality and regulatory standards are adhered to. Be a strategic asset in our alliances with the key gas companies and local strategic partners.


Your role:

  • Supporting a strong SRC Sales team with capabilities to ensure present and future success.
  • Supporting the sales leader function in the Markets order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues for S&RC.
  • Lead & Opportunity Management.
  • Drive key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for: distribution, contracting, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.
  • Implements sales account strategies to meet financial objectives.
  • Update and implementation of commercial policy pricing framework and customer value.
  • Taking ownership of customer complaints and quality issues through the correct channels.
  • Delivering and standardizing the implementation of
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Philips.
  • Participate in relevant exhibitions or local events.
  • Assist in training other team members.
  • Ensuring quotations are completed and delivered within time limits.
  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality Standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
  • Secure all Contract Management Processes are completed in a timely fashion: (Regular DDP, BC setting, contract renewal).

  • Experience in a sales role in Healthcare and B2B environment.
  • (Experience within respiratory care or sleep services would be desirable.)
  • Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
  • Funnel management through CRM solution ().
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a frequently evolving market.
  • Lean methodology in problem solving and efficiency.
  • Sound leadership competencies and team relationship skills.
  • Experience in working within a remote team.
  • Proven skills in communicating with all levels internally and externally up to and including C-suite level.
  • Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via applying LEAN methodology.
  • Skills in collaborating with and influencing the stakeholder.
  • Skills in leveraging capabilities: works across internal and external boundaries to maximize value for Philips through simple solutions.
  • Dutch, English language required - French a big plus.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
