Berluti, the only men's House in the LVMH Group, was born in Paris in 1895 and has grown through four successive generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, while developing a passion for leather and patina.
Berluti is currently looking for a full-time Stockist (W/M) (Temporary contract) for our Conduit St Boutique, located in London.
The Stockist demonstrates a high level of professionalism and guarantees the image and excellence of the House. They are directly involved in managing daily deliveries and inventories, keeping the stockroom and monitoring orders, all of which help to optimise the results and performance of the shop.
Job ResponsibilitiesBased in London, and reporting to the Store Manager and his/her Assistant. Their main missions will be:
STOCKS:
- Receiving and checking goods on delivery so that they can be physically added to stock.
- Maintaining stock packaging (tidying, redoing labels).
- Carry out inter-store transfers.
- Management of e-commerce requests (transfers, validation of pickings, etc.).
- Weekly reporting on activity (number of items received, transfers carried out, etc.).
QUALITY:
- Prepare product shipments to the factory in the event of a quality return.
- Pack, check and complete customer shipments according to schedule.
ORDERS:
- Receive and put away various products ordered in connection with the activity (packaging, shoe care product, shoe trees, etc.).
INVENTORIES:
- In collaboration with the team, take part in the weekly rotating inventories in order to control stock, look for discrepancies and report to management.
- Working with the stock manager on quarterly stock counts (preparation, scanning, tidying, counting, etc.).
This job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business and as requested by the Management.
Profile- At least 3-5 years minimum of retail stock, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team and independently. Reactive and rigorous. Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Good command of IT tools.
