Job Description
Boiler House Stoker HMP Risley. No experience needed

Job Title: Stoker (Boiler House)
Location: HMP Risley
Shift Pattern: 6 on 2 off

  • 6am-2pm
  • 2pm-10pm
  • 10pm-6am
Salary: £17-£18 per hour (no overtime for night shifts)
Duration: Minimum 3 months (to cover long-term sick leave)
Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance cleaning
  • De-ashing
  • General upkeep of the boiler house

Training: Full training provided (learn on the job)
Additional Information:
  • No experience needed
  • No security clearance is required as the role is outside the wire.
