Strat & Ops Manager

As a Strategy & Ops Manager, you'll be working directly with the founders in a small but growing team. In this fast pace environment, you'll be given the hardest business problems to solve. You know data is king, and you will use your analytical skills in everything you do. You are obsessed with our customers and want nothing but the best product for them.

Your speed, ability to deliver, and capacity to come up with the most elegant solutions will make you one of the pillars of our business team.

• STEM degree
• Love to learn and are innately curious
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to solve problems
• Ruthless prioritisation skills and incredibly organised, a project management pro
• Ability to elegantly solve complex problems

• Excellent at creating clear presentations and can eloquently articulate a message

What will make you stand out

• 2+ years of experience in the FinTech industry
• Experience with regulated environments
• Experience in consulting or a fast-growing start-up
