The role

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial relationships with some of our largest and most strategic Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) clients. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic relationship management with proactive business development. You'll be accountable for growing high-value accounts, forging new executive relationships, and expanding our footprint across a targeted group of priority prospects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Leading and expanding high-value relationships with senior stakeholders across complex TMT client accounts, becoming a trusted advisor who adds commercial and strategic value beyond the product.
  2. Driving commercial growth and retention by identifying and securing new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and renewal of existing contracts through proactive engagement and value delivery.
  3. Developing strategic account plans to influence C-level decisions and unlock long-term partnerships.
  4. Engaging new personas, navigating cross-functional client teams, and opening up untapped departments to accelerate account expansion.
  5. Working closely with internal teams-client success, analysts, consultants, marketing, and product-to co-create value propositions that deliver measurable client impact.
  6. Using our internal thought leadership and market insight to challenge clients' thinking, inform their strategy, and elevate conversations from transactional to transformative.

What we look for

  1. A commercially driven, consultative sales professional with a proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and securing new business in the TMT space.
  2. Experience managing multi-stakeholder, high-value relationships at C-level and navigating complex sales cycles with large multinational organizations.
  3. Strong business development instincts-skilled at breaking into new companies, creating whitespace, and identifying compelling entry points based on market signals.
  4. A proactive, strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in boardrooms as they are in cross-functional internal discussions to shape the right solution.
  5. High levels of ownership and drive, with the ability to self-manage and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
