This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *business operations, implementing processes, and ensuring effective planning and execution of key initiatives*.

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Strategic Operations Consultant to optimize business operations, implement processes, and ensure effective planning and execution of key initiatives. The role involves aligning operations with client goals, facilitating planning and budget activities, and driving efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient processes and standards.
• Support annual planning, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
• Facilitate business reviews and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to streamline operations.
• Contribute to strategic projects, change management, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and process management skills.
• Financial acumen and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
