Why join GlobalData?

GlobalData is at a pivotal point in its growth journey. Following multiple acquisitions and having recently received transformational investment we need curious, ambitious, courageous people to support us in achieving our vision of becoming the world's trusted source of strategic industry intelligence.

Our big ambitions mean that life at GlobalData is fast paced, entrepreneurial and rewarding. We recognise the collective power of our people, and it's the collaboration of our teams that have shaped our success and will continue to do so in the future.

The role

As Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in executing the company's strategy and delivering value creation initiatives across GlobalData's Growth Transformation Plan. You will work across multiple cross-functional projects from optimising the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach, to developing and launching new products, and supporting the company's AI programme.

What you'll be doing

  1. Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of the company's strategic priorities, working closely with leadership.
  2. GTM Strategy Development: Support a range of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to optimise customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  3. Product Development & Launch: Lead and contribute to product development initiatives, supporting the end-to-end process from ideation to commercial launch.
  4. Value Creation Plan: Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve EBITDA.
  5. Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and contribute to multiple strategic and transformation projects across different business functions.
  6. Change & People Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business objectives.
  7. Market Intelligence: Drive the execution of the company's strategic priorities, working closely with leadership.

What we're looking for

  1. 2-4 years of experience in consulting with clearly evidenced focus on strategy, growth, and transformation engagements.
  2. Experience working on transformation, GTM, product, and operational improvement projects.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  4. Written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Hands-on, execution-focused mindset, with the ability to work across multiple projects, taking autonomous ownership for smaller engagements.
  6. Comfortable with bringing structure and logic to ambiguity and operating in a commercially minded, entrepreneurial environment.
  7. Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or PE-backed businesses is a plus.
