This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *optimising business planning, streamlining processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals*.

Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Strategy Business Operations Manager to optimize business planning, streamline processes, and align cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This role involves supporting strategic initiatives, performance tracking, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve business planning and execution processes.
• Collaborate across teams to align priorities and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and implement efficient, standardized processes.
• Support leadership with performance insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in strategic or operational planning.
• Expertise in program management, analytics, and financial acumen.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership influence skills.
