SuccessFactor Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SuccessFactors Project Manager to assist with a critical migration recovery project. Our client, in the Higher Education sector, has a tight deadline for delivery and requires a seasoned consultant who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the SuccessFactors migration recovery project in its entirety.
2. Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
3. Handle budget management with precision to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
4. Apply deep technical knowledge of SuccessFactors to address and resolve migration challenges.
5. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record as a SuccessFactors Project Manager, with extensive experience in managing complex migration projects.
2. Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Strong budget management expertise, with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. In-depth technical expertise with SuccessFactors, including hands-on experience with migration processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming project obstacles.
