Supply Chain Analyst- Databricks- 12+ Months - Netherlands

* Work with cross-functional stakeholders to create analyses, reports, and dashboards.
* Align with commercial, financial, planning, and analytics teams on KPIs and operational changes.
* Partner with technology teams to build scalable data and analytical products.

Requirements
* Drive operational excellence through detailed Business Intelligence and data-driven recommendations.
* Analyze supply chain performance and drive actions to improve metrics.
* Build and execute solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
* Visualize data to tell compelling stories and drive action.
* Collaborate with data engineering squads to improve data quality and completeness.
* Elevate team members' data literacy and analytical skills.
* Document solutions, tools, and research.

Qualifications:
* Good experience in Supply Chain analytics, preferably in retail
* Proficiency in analytical tools (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Excel, Python etc.).
* Experience with Databricks would be a huge advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven project management experience.
* Ability to work independently and attention to detail.
