We are delighted to be partnered with ACTPH Water, Europe's first and leading alkaline ionised water, founded in 2017.
With a rapidly expanding portfolio that now includes Acti-vit (sparkling vitamin water) and Acti+ (nootropic clean energy), they are an ambitious and fast-growing business looking to expand their Operations team.
Having achieved listings in major UK retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Ocado and Whole Foods, ACTIPH has built a strong presence in the UK and internationally. Now, they need a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Executive to help them scale even further!

As a Supply Chain Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their products reach customers efficiently and seamlessly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Management - Ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in full, while handling any queries that arise.
- Export Documentation - Preparing and managing all necessary paperwork (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, and customs documentation).
- Logistics Coordination - Liaising with raw material suppliers, hauliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to manage customer orders.
- Production Operations - Collaborating with the supply team to manage outsourced production operations.
- Process & Systems Improvement - Identifying and implementing ways to enhance operational performance.
- S&OP Meetings - Providing input into Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Project Management - Supporting and leading various supply chain projects.
- Supplier & Logistics Partner Visits - Willingness to travel as required (a UK driver's licence would be beneficial).

- A proactive, can-do attitude - comfortable working across different functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills - able to think on your feet and work collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- High proficiency in Excel - or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Previous experience in a supply chain function (desirable but not essential).
- Initiative and adaptability - comfortable in a start-up setting where no two days are the same.
