Supply Chain Specialist - Marketplace Partner Management

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist for one of our clients in the fashion industry. This position will primarily involve managing account operations and ensuring optimal delivery performance for Marketplace Partners.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily supply chain operations, collaborating closely with Partners, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams to guarantee seamless execution of seasonal plans and the achievement of financial goals. Your role will require influencing and collaborating with cross-functional supply chain and commercial teams, both internally and externally, to optimize the order book and maintain strong partnerships with accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet account requirements and service needs, fostering successful partnerships through cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct operational calls, order book audits, and order writing workshops to influence Partner order writing behavior and enhance supply chain efficiencies.
• Developand streamline best practices across marketplace teams.
• Monitor key KPIs in collaboration with Business Analysts, forecast shipping goals, and escalate risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Provide critical insights to Ship to Plan processes by working closely with internal logistics and commercial teams, as well as external supply chain teams.
• Drive standard reporting to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain flow through order tracking.

Profile:

• +7 years of experience with Account/Marketplace Partner Management.
• +7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Operations.
• Experience within Fashion and/or Retail companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and proactive skills.
• Ability to analyze, influence, and tell stories with data.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Tableau.

• 40 hours per week
• 3 days a week in the office in Hilversum
