System Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Systems Engineer in our Defense team.

As a Systems Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities:

• Formalising and analysing systems' functional and technical requirements,
• Coordinate customer and stakeholder needs analysis activities,
• Contribute to systems architecture and modelling (SysML, MBSE),
• Participate in systems integration and validation,
• Ensure the management and traceability of requirements using Systems Engineering tools ,(IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody, etc.),
• Contribute to functional and operational safety analyses,
• Participate in technology watch and the application of standards (INCOSE, ISO 15288),

Your profile:

• Master Degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent),
• Training or experience in Systems Engineering (INCOSE),
• Minimum 2 years' experience in systems engineering,
• Good understanding of different technical disciplines,
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and coordination skills,
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders,
• Fluency in French and technical English (occasional mobility abroad),
• Knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody and Matlab Simulink is a plus,
• Experience in the Defence or Aerospace sector is an asset.
