System Operations Manager

IS Supervision Systems Owner/Project Manager required by well known name within travel.

Location: Brussels (Tuesdays & Wednesdays on-site)

Duration: 12-month contract

Rate: Market rates - depending on experience (approx €600/day)

Travel: Occasional trips to the UK & Europe

THE ROLE

Looking for an IS Supervision Systems Owner & Project Manager to manage and enhance their supervision applications. You'll ensure smooth system operations, oversee improvements, and lead key projects that support their service.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the support, maintenance, and development of supervision applications.
• Work closely with business teams to optimise system performance.
• Manage projects to improve supervision systems, from scope definition to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure reliable system operations.
• Use data-driven analysis to propose and implement system improvements.

THE CANDIDATE

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• IT Project Management experience (Agile preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IT business systems & technical services.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be fluent in French & English.
