For our customer, a Major Spanish Bank we are seeking a Temenos Payments Consultant

this role can be remote from the EU/UK/CH only

3-6 month initial engagement

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced T24 Payments & Temenos Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage, optimize, and troubleshoot various Temenos banking solutions, including T24 Payments, TPH (T24 Payment Hub), and other key Temenos modules. You will play an essential role in ensuring seamless financial transactions, system performance, and compliance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Temenos suite of banking solutions, with a particular focus on payment systems, financial technologies, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment System Management: Oversee and manage T24 Payments and TPH, ensuring smooth operation and efficient payment processing, both domestically and internationally.
  • Temenos Core Banking Management: Support and optimize core banking functionalities using T24 Core Banking, including account management, deposits, loans, and credit processing.
  • Transaction Monitoring & Support: Monitor transaction activities across T24 Payments, TPH, and other Temenos modules, ensuring timely, secure, and compliant transactions.
  • Temenos Wealth & Trading Systems: Assist with the configuration and operation of Temenos Wealth Management and Temenos Securities Trading, ensuring efficient handling of wealth management transactions and investments.
  • Risk & Compliance: Leverage Temenos Financial Crime Mitigation and Temenos Compliance Manager modules to ensure all transactions meet regulatory standards and best practices for fraud prevention and AML compliance.
  • System Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate and optimize additional Temenos modules, such as Temenos Payments, Temenos Financial Services, and Temenos TCM (Treasury and Capital Markets).
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support for users across various Temenos modules, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Data Reporting & Analytics: Use Temenos BI (Business Intelligence) tools to generate and analyze reports on system performance, payment activities, and financial trends.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address technical issues and perform root-cause analysis across various Temenos modules, working with IT and vendor support teams to implement quick solutions.
