As a Monitoring Engineer (Dynatrace Specialist), your role will include

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring setups using Dynatrace.
  
• Event Management Process: implementation and integration.
  
• Dashboards: creation and ongoing maintenance.
  
• Reporting: development and support of business-relevant monitoring reports.
  
• Alerting: configuration and optimization.
  
  • ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow)
    
  • APM 2.0 tool
    
  • Zscaler Zdx
    Tool Integrations: setup and maintenance of interfaces between Dynatrace and:
    
  • Synchronization and updates to the CMDB.
    
  • Synthetics testing setup for applications and infrastructure components.
    
• Automation tasks:
  Automating ITSM ticket creation/updates.
  
• Correlation Rules: defining and maintaining intelligent alert correlations.
  
• Specialist tasks: Analysis, preparation, and execution of changes and releases within defined scope and planning.
  
• Build-to-Run quality review:
  
  • Draft and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
    
  • Follow-up on production issues.
    
• Work in an Agile/Scrum framework.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Infrastructure, development, and ITSM teams.
  
• Regularly report to the Service Delivery Manager.
  
• Cooperate closely with colleagues in the monitoring team and the Moc.
  

Required profile

• Expert knowledge of Dynatrace is essential.
  
• Experience in complex infrastructure environments.
  
• Good understanding of ITSM processes: incident, problem, event, and configuration management.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
