Talent Acquisition Manager/SAAS/WORKDAY/HR/RECRUITMENT

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, focusing on hiring experienced sales professionals across EMEA and the UK.
• Consult with hiring managers and HR to develop targeted sourcing strategies and meet performance targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and candidates, leveraging networks and direct sourcing to attract diverse and qualified talent.
• Demonstrate expertise in recruiting, particularly within corporate environments; experience with SaaS/technology sales recruitment is a plus.
• Utilize recruiting systems (preferably Workday) and collaborate on proactive branding, events, and diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, partnering with regional HR as needed.
