Your New Role
Our marketing leading client, delivering innovative and state of the art telecoms services, is in search of a seasoned and professional Talent Acquisition Partner to join their London-based team. This role is on the senior end of talent acquisition, and you will be required to own a business area, working with senior leadership, partnering with them to deliver end-to-end recruitment and lead on channel strategy. Leadership experience is highly desired, although there will be no direct reports; having experience developing and nurturing talent is ideal. The role may also include some systems project-based work, optimizing processes.
Ensuring Your Success
You will be an experienced talent acquisition partner who can hit the ground running and engage with difficult stakeholders effectively. You will be technically savvy, with the ability to take on some project work. Other desirable qualities for the role include experience hiring in Europe, as well as leading small teams. Ideally, you will have some technical recruitment experience, with a focus on Commercial (sales and C/S) recruitment. You will be an excellent communicator who manages expectations and acts as an ambassador for the business.
