Job Description
Role Overview:
Eeze is seeking an experienced technology recruiter to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Eeze is expanding at a rapid rate and has grown to over 650 people in less than 3 years. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and need an additional resource to help us with our expansion plan globally.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Tech Recruiter, reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will be part of a team of 3 and assist with all technical recruitment for Eeze Europe.
- Screen candidates and gauge both technical and cultural skills fit, understanding candidate motivation.
- Manage job postings on TeamTailor and headhunt for additional candidates where necessary.
- Brainstorm with the HR team and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies.
- Work effectively in an ambiguous environment, making decisions at speed.
- Work independently and autonomously while partnering with the HR team and tech stakeholders.
- Provide market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to reduce time to hire.
Your Experience:
- 3+ years of corporate (in-house) end-to-end recruiting experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers, and all stakeholders in Tech to drive recruitment deliverables.
- Proven experience recruiting technical talent for roles at all levels.
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, including social media.
- Expertise in Boolean search, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ideally, experience with TeamTailor or any other in-house recruitment CRM program.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience recruiting for roles outside of tech is an advantage.
We operate a hybrid model, requiring 3 days a week in the office from Hammersmith, which will be crucial as we build the presence of the HR team.
