In order to strengthen its Human Resources team, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a particular interest in technical recruitment.


What will your responsibilities be?


Based at the Haren site:


  • You will be fully responsible for internal and external recruitment processes (mainly for blue-collar candidates). This includes: identifying staffing needs, drafting job postings, conducting tests and interviews, writing evaluation reports, and maintaining close follow-up with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • You will manage the pre-selection of candidates: defining criteria, crafting job ads, and reviewing applications.
  • You will oversee candidate follow-up and determine selection stages.
  • You will carry out candidate assessments using appropriate tools (tests, interviews, reports).
  • You will actively search for candidates to ensure the right person is placed in the right role.
  • You will contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment procedures and processes.
  • You will support specific recruitment initiatives (temporary staff, student workers, etc.) as well as departmental activities (e.g. reintegration programs following long-term absences, reorganizations, etc.).
  • You will ensure regular reporting through dashboards.


What are we looking for?


  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or possess equivalent experience in the field.
  • You are proficient in recruitment selection and interview techniques.
  • Expertise in psychometric testing, analysis, and interpretation is a plus.
  • You have a solid command of MS Office tools.
  • You are highly proficient in both national languages, written and spoken.
  • Your personal attributes: A strong sense of ethics, rigor and organizational skills, logical thinking, objectivity, flexibility, empathy, ability to work both independently and within a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and sound reasoning.
