Tax Manager - Infrastructure

We currently have an opportunity for an established Tax Manager to join a market-leading Energy & Infrastructure Big 4 tax team where you will be working on some of the UK's leading infrastructure projects.

Your work will include corporate M&A work such as providing tax support on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and associated structuring, as well as tax consulting including bespoke planning with a strong international element. Your clients will be within the mining, oil, gas, renewables, and utilities industry, spanning across FTSE100, mid-cap, inbound, and Private Equity backed businesses.
