Job Description

Senior / Personal Tax Accountant - Eastbourne

Are you a Personal Tax professional with at least 2-3 years of experience looking to take the next step in your career? Join a well-established and successful firm of accountants in Eastbourne, where you'll be part of a friendly and supportive team.

The Role:
  1. Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients
  2. Preparing and submitting self-assessment tax returns
  3. Providing expert tax advice and planning to individuals and business owners
  4. Liaising with HMRC and resolving tax queries
  5. Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work (if at Senior level)
What We're Looking For:
  1. At least 2-3 years of personal tax experience within an accountancy practice
  2. ATT-qualified or working towards CTA (preferred but not essential)
  3. Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance
  4. Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
  5. Ability to manage deadlines and workloads effectively
