Hours: 09:00-17:00 - Mon - Fri

Pay: £18.83+holiday pay = £22.00 - £28.00 per hour - dependent on experience

Assignment length: 2-3 months with potential extension

About the Role

We're seeking a Team Manager to provide expert guidance and supervision to a team of 7 outreach workers supporting people experiencing homelessness in West London. In this pivotal position, you won't hold a personal caseload but will supervise 7 outreach workers, each managing around 15-20 clients. Your focus will be on:

1. Providing line management support
2. Overseeing performance and ensuring high-quality service delivery
3. Reporting figures to line managers and commissioners
4. Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry

Further Detail:

1. Co-ordinate all activities within the project/team effectively, maintaining organizational standards and meeting targets.
2. Develop and implement work plans, operational policies, and procedures to support the mission and objectives of our organization.
3. Manage resources effectively, including financial procedures and controls.
4. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
5. Provide coaching, professional development, and line management support to employees, including performance management and supervision.
6. Deliver timely and accurate reports and analysis to senior management and funders.
7. Represent our organization at external meetings and maintain positive relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
8. Adapt to changing circumstances and undertake alternative work as necessary to fulfill obligations to service users.

About You

This role is ideal for someone with:

1. Experience in outreach or homelessness services
2. Some line management experience
3. Strong organisational and reporting skills
