Job Description

Technical Customer Service Engineer

£28,000 - £33,000 + Training + Career Development + loads of benefits

Clevedon (Office based position)

On offer is the opportunity to join a manufacturer at the forefront of environmentally friendly technology. They are also a service and maintenance provider. They are looking for an ambitious person to come on board and join the Service Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Responding to customers and delivering support that is needed
  2. Communication with customers and engineers
  3. Being the point of contact for large and small accounts
  4. Making sure the organisational customer service targets are set

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  1. Service coordination experience (Preferred)
  2. Excellent organisation and high level of detail
  3. Time management
  4. Multi-tasking skills
  5. Good communicator and can build relationships

Package and Benefits

  1. Basic salary £28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
