Role Overview:
As part of the Global Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting our system integrators and customers in implementing and optimizing our unified commerce solutions for retailers.
Your expertise will help ensure a smooth integration of our Order Management System (OMS), enabling seamless omnichannel experiences.
You will act as a technical consultant and trusted advisor, working closely with both technical teams (developers, architects) and business teams (project managers, retail operations) to ensure successful deployments and continuous improvements.
What you will do:
- Solution Expertise & Technical Consulting:
- Act as a subject matter expert on our OMS and unified commerce solutions.
- Assist system integrators in troubleshooting issues, debugging, and identifying root causes.
- Recommend best practices for integration, API usage, and system configuration.
- Review custom developments and ensure alignment with our platform's architecture.
- Support & Technical Enablement:
- Provide technical assistance to integrators and customers throughout their projects.
- Analyze logs, API calls, and database queries to support problem resolution.
- Conduct technical trainings for integrators, ensuring they have the necessary skills to implement and maintain our solutions.
- Oversee internal environments (demo, sandbox, ), including version upgrades and monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and improve the platform.
Who you are:
- Skills & Experience:
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (German, Spanish or Italian is a plus).
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of PHP (8+), MySQL (8+), and API integrations.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze logs, database queries, and API flows to diagnose issues.
- Tools: Experience with GitLab, Google Cloud Platform, Elasticsearch, Redis, and/or Docker is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience (5 years+) in technical consulting, development, or technical support is required.
