Job Description
Overview

This role is at the heart of our technical operations. You'll maintain and enhance the diagnostic and technical capability of our bodyshops, ensuring we meet and exceed industry, manufacturer, and customer expectations. Working collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, you'll identify gaps, implement training solutions, and support our staff to be the best in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct capability assessments and identify areas for improvement across our sites.
  • Develop and deliver training personally, through internal teams, or via external suppliers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed technical requirements into repair processes.
  • Track and report on diagnostic and technical improvements, showcasing their impact.
  • Manage risks associated with technical capabilities, ensuring our teams are future-ready.
Qualifications

You're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technical excellence. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are comfortable managing change, and are excited to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced industry.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostic equipment.
  • Experience in accident repair or automotive maintenance.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
