You'll be the go-to person for all things technical and strategic. From mentoring a high-performing team to building strong client relationships, you'll lead the charge on large, complex projects. 1. Guiding and mentoring an experienced ecology team like a pro.
2. Delivering top-notch technical advice while keeping projects on track and on budget.

4. Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
5. Juggling strategy, recruitment, project delivery, and growth like a multitasking champ.

Your Skills & Experience:

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious leader who loves what they do. You'll be someone with:

1. 8+ years of experience in ecology, ideally as an Associate or Technical Lead.
2. Solid knowledge of UK ecological legislation and protected species (GCN and bat licenses? Even better!).
3. A track record of managing big projects and building happy, high-performing teams.
4. Skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project delivery.
5. A full CIEEM membership and a clean driver's license are a big plus!
