Job Description

Rate: 600 GBP PD

Start date: Immediate, so please share immediate joiners ONLY

Duration: 6 months

Remote/Hybrid working: location

Responsibilities
  1. Detailed review of the ForgeRock deployment strategy, infrastructure, configured user journeys, DevOps pipelines & strategy, monitoring capabilities, configuration & customization, and application integration patterns.
  2. Review recent RCAs and Incident tickets related to the ForgeRock environment.
  3. Document and prioritize ForgeRock deployment challenges and develop remediation approach with prioritization or recommendations.
  4. Identification of any infrastructure, development, etc. dependencies needed by for the remediation effort.
  5. High Level review of the Organizational / Operational approach to managing the ForgeRock Platform.
  6. Comprehensive review of the expertise of the existing support team.
  7. Review SDLC for deploying and maintaining code in the ForgeRock environment.
Mandatory Skills

ForgeRock Identity Manager. Experience: 8-10 Years.
