What you'll be doing
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Mentor and guide high-performing project teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans to minimise disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver projects of the highest quality.
What can you bring
- Proven experience as a senior project manager.
- Expertise in delivering new technologies, configuration, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in international programmes and leading cross-functional teams.
- APM or similar certification is a plus.
