Telecoms Supervisor

Role: Supervisor - Heathrow Airport

Target Start Date: ASAP

Target End Date: 12 months+ (Potential of Extension)

Rate: £300 P/Day - Inside IR35

Location of role: Heathrow Airport

Location requirement (Fully on site/Fully Remote/Hybrid - No of days on site): Fully on site

Clearance Required: Airside Pass required once on site.

To assist the SPSE in the manage installation activities at Heathrow Airport including but not limited to:

• Installation of IT hardware, containment, cabling installation
• Ensure the correct safety and regulatory documentation is in place.
• To manage the health and safety of those working on their projects.
• To highlight project risks relating to programme and costs to the SPSE
• To undertake the required Stakeholder engagement to facilitate access and permission to complete installation activities.

Mandatory skills:

• SSSTS, ECS/CSCS (relevant to management level)
• Experience managing the Installation of IT cabling & containment systems.
• CAT6 installation, termination and testing experience.
• Installation of IT cabling containment systems.
• Desirable skills: Fibre termination and testing, active equipment installation, Airport Experience, IPAF, PASMA, Confined Space, First Aid, SSSTS, SMSTS

Working Pattern (Mon-Fri, Shifts, on-call):

Mon-Fri 08:00 to 16:00

Mon-Fri 20:00 to 04:00

Sun-Thu 08:00 to 16:00

Sun-Thu 20:00 to 04:00"
