What you'll be doing
  • Drive product innovation & process improvement - Use customer insights and market data to contribute to product enhancements and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends & strategy - Track developments in telematics and the UK motor insurance sector to inform product and pricing strategies.
  • Lead incident management & risk mitigation - Identify and resolve product incidents, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Manage in-life product performance - Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver shared objectives and represent telematics in key meetings.
  • Ensure regulatory & governance compliance - Keep documentation up to date and ensure all product governance and compliance requirements are met.
  • Champion customer-centricity - Keep the customer at the heart of all decisions, ensuring products align with their needs and deliver brilliant outcomes.
What we're looking for
  • The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing decision-making.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty standards.
  • Experience in the UK motor insurance market.

Ways of Working

Our hybrid model way of working offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office-working, offering flexibility for everyone. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but most colleagues are in 2 days a week, and we'll consider the flexible working options that work best for you.

Hours: 35 hours (Monday to Friday - shift patterns can be discussed)
