Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting a well-known college who offer a range of Apprenticeships, A-Levels & T-Levels and other courses to students. Our client is seeking an experienced Lecturer to deliver Electrical Installations courses, preferably with students who are looking to complete their T-Level education.
The ideal candidate will hold both a relevant Teaching qualification, and will be passionate about ensuring all students are taught at an efficient level, aiding them to begin their career within the Engineering sector. Our client is open to receiving applications from candidates with a background as a Tutor, Assessor or similar.
Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and deliver lessons to a group of students
- Liaise with co-ordinators, parents and managers via telephone, email and face to face
- Design and develop resources to ensure students receive the best learning experience
- Act as the first point of contact for students within the HVAC/R Team
- Qualified with relevant Electrical Installation Qualification (2382-22 Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations or Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations)
- Preferably hold a Certificate in Education/PGCE or be prepared to work towards this
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering
- Experience of communicating at all levels
- Ability to work to and meet timescale deadlines
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
