Your Role
As the PA to the Chairman and Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the fast-paced diary of the Chairman, swiftly communicating changes and pre-circulating necessary documents.
- Travel Arrangements: Book and manage all travel for the Chairman and wider SLT, including personal requirements like appointments and bill payments.
- Email Management: Review, categorise, and prioritise email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
- Meeting Coordination: Ensure the Chairman is prepared for all meetings, keeping track of tasks and deadlines.
- Guest Management: Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth transitions to meeting spaces.
- Administrative Support: Prepare letters, format documents, manage expenses, and handle confidential information with discretion.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as a PA to senior directors.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships across departments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and remain calm under pressure.
