Temporary Procurement Site Support Officer
Location: London - Home-based (with travel around the UK required, expenses paid)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
Contract Duration: 6 months (Temporary)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of procurement experience
Pay Rate: £14 - £15 per hour
Our client is looking for a proactive and dynamic Procurement Site Support Officer to join the team. This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility of home-based work, with occasional travel when required (expenses paid). The role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in procurement who is looking to make an impact in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide procurement support for various sites within the region
- Work independently to meet procurement needs and requirements
- Assist with sourcing suppliers and managing contracts
- Handle procurement-related communications and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all procurement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve procurement processes
Key Experience and Skills:
- 2 Years of experience required in procurement
- Proactive in identifying and seizing new procurement opportunities
- Able to find creative solutions and adapt to changing needs
- Strong ability to analyse data and procurement trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Integrity and attention to detail. Ensuring accuracy and transparency in all tasks
Location:
- Home-based role with travel to sites around the United Kingdom when required
Please note that a Basic DBS (Disclosure Barring Services) Certificate and Serbian Language skills would be advantageous!
