Temporary Senior Project Manager - 6 months

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role, based in St Helier, Jersey, involves working within the Finance, Strategy and Change division, particularly in the Operational Excellence team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in finalising and executing the implementation of a new system project, including data migration, and ensuring strategic delivery aligns with organisational goals.

Job Duties:

1. Finalise and execute the implementation of a new system project, including data migration.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to implement and deliver technical solutions derived from analysis work.
3. Convey technical and project-related information to a wide audience, both written and verbally.
4. Provide quality assurance reviews on project management and governance.
5. Promote accountability and facilitate project delivery throughout the organisation by effectively tracking and managing projects.
6. Support delivery against organisational strategy and business plans to achieve both internal and external benefits.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong and proven experience as a Project Manager.
2. Demonstrated experience in delivering technology change, with expertise in data migration and new case management system launches being advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
4. Self-motivated individual with a positive 'can do' attitude.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
