A Resident Liaison Officer is required to join the team with a large social housing contractor to work in the Chesterfield/Sheffield area on a kitchens and bathrooms scheme. The duration of the contract is for 8-12 weeks, which could be extended.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with knowledge of energy efficiency and/or planned maintenance programmes. A strong communicator with excellent customer service and good IT skills is essential.
Job Role Includes:
- Managing and providing consultation and support to residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Attending client representative and resident meetings, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Developing effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, and the local community.
- Maintaining professionalism and the highest standard of service.
- Providing an efficient, courteous, and professional service to all telephone callers.
- Generating and distributing written correspondence to residents in line with the programme of works.
- Carrying out choice events, consultation events, and individual consultations with residents regarding future work.
- Maintaining access to properties and visiting residents' homes at the frequency determined by the scheme.
- Managing the residents' complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
Essential: Driving Licence, own transport, previous experience in a similar job role.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm - 37.5 Hours Per Week.
