Tender Specialist

At Cebir, we create innovative psychometric testing solutions that help our clients identify and recruit top talent. As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Tender Specialist to lead our responses to public tenders and support our expansion and success in the public sector market.

What you'll do

• Implement procurement platforms and writing tools to boost efficiency
• Oversee tender preparation and submission, ensuring compliance and quality
• Analyze tender documents, identify key requirements, and define a winning strategy
• Align input from Sales, Product, and Management teams
• Craft clear, persuasive, and structured offers for public sector clients
• Manage the bid calendar to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure submissions meet public procurement regulations in Belgium and the EU
• Develop pricing models, margins, and scoring strategies with management
• Master Cebir's psychometric solutions and their value for public clients
• Support the development of an international market strategy

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing public sector tenders
• Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations in Belgium and/or Europe
• Excellent writing skills - able to present information clearly and persuasively
• Experience managing complex tenders involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong financial skills - comfortable with pricing models, margins, and costs
• Autonomous and proactive with a structured, solution-focused mindset
• Knowledge of Odoo CRM is a plus
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
