Test Automation Manager

ECS Resource Group is currently working with a world's leading technology organization to find a qualified candidate for the position of Test Automation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall testing and QA strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the existing test team to review Automated Test Framework (ATF) test scripts and testing strategies.
2. Analyze deliverables and test scripts to recommend streamlined, focused test suites that ensure appropriate test coverage.
3. Manage the testing team on a day-to-day basis, including workload management and issue resolution.
4. Apply understanding of various test approaches, tools, and techniques.
5. Hands-on scripting with ATF.
6. Deliver a revised test strategy for the platform.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Test Automation Manager, Automation Test Manager, or Senior Test Consultant within large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripting.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Financial Services.
