Context of the mission
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Test Coordinator to join our Real-Time Operations team. In this role, you will work transversally across multiple projects, coordinating testing activities in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that our systems and solutions meet the highest quality standards, working closely with both onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end testing process across multiple railway projects, ensuring all test activities are executed on time and meet the defined quality standards.
- Develop, document, and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules in collaboration with project managers and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, from functional tests to system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate the work of both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of testing activities.
- Identify, report, and track defects in a timely manner, driving resolution and ensuring issues are addressed before go-live.
- Provide clear and concise reporting on testing progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to project teams and management.
- Act as the point of contact for testing-related inquiries and facilitate the resolution of any testing roadblocks.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in testing, quality assurance, and railway-specific regulations.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French or Dutch is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Railway industry, demonstrating familiarity with the industry's systems, standards, and operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Coordinator, with a strong background in managing and executing testing activities for complex projects as well as automating tests
- Experience in working with offshore teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across different time zones and regions.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), test methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in testing real-time systems or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
