Job Description
The Investment20/20 Programme
We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You'll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this, you'll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.
These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates, and non-graduates. We offer entry-level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual to join our Investment Operations team to provide first-class support for asset strategy implementation for the multi funds. The successful individual will be involved in a wide variety of tasks and duties contributing to process improvement efforts and automation initiatives where possible.
This role will be based in our new London offices located at 60 London Wall.
You will be involved in:
- Assisting in preparing monthly investor reports for Portfolio Managers' review
- Assisting in updating the Core Database with data collected from various underlying funds
- Assisting in preparing the Fund Manager's report in the annual report
- Supporting the preparation of transaction documentation, KYC/AML checks, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Implementing, managing, and tracking reporting timetables (tax, regulatory, corporate, internal).
What do we need from you?
- Interest in financial services, investment management, or a related field
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
- Analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required.
- Seeks out insightful, smart ideas to raise personal and team standards.
- Demonstrates the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Is seen as a proactive, 'can-do' individual who consistently delivers on commitments made.

- We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme
- We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK until at least January 2027
- Please do not apply if you have already completed the Investment20/20 programme at another firm
