Job Description
Training and Communication Specialist, FinOps Training & Development

Amazon's FinOps Training & Development team is looking for a Training and Communication Specialist to support the training and communication needs of FinOps employees. The role involves developing, conducting, and program managing effective training programs, along with employee engagement initiatives.

The individual will indirectly enhance employee workplace performance in alignment with the company's core values to meet organizational goals.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and continuously assess employee training requirements.
  2. Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions to address communication and behavioral learning needs of FinOps employees and front-line managers.
  3. Develop communication skills modules (English language, behavioral, grammar, soft skills) for new hires and existing employees across Voice and Non-Voice mediums.
  4. Deliver hybrid training sessions (instructor-led and virtual) and explore innovative delivery methods for Millennials and Gen Z learners.
  5. Maintain and track the L&D curriculum in the Learning Management System.
  6. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and implement improvements.
  7. Manage specialized training programs for larger audiences.
  8. Coordinate with training vendors to develop and deliver training solutions.
  9. Create internal communication materials for FinOps India and global teams.
  10. Develop and manage employee engagement programs end-to-end.
Basic Qualifications
  • Graduate with 6+ years of experience in MNCs or similar industries, with expertise in designing and delivering communication, V&A, and soft skills training.
  • Experience in developing communication and behavioral training modules.
  • Proven program management skills for training programs and events.
  • Ability to create and edit internal communication drafts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective collaboration across organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • TTT Certification.
  • Experience handling global clients.
