Job Description
The key responsibilities for the role of Transactional Finance Supervisor (French Speaking) include:
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Ensure financial control through balance sheet reconciliations, supplier payments, and offshore team oversight.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across transactional finance operations.
- Collaborate with European finance teams to streamline end-to-end processes.
- Provide first-line support for operational, client, and supplier queries.
- Lead and support offshore teams while upholding company values and financial integrity.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the role Transactional Finance Supervisor (French Speaking) will have:
- Fluent in French (essential).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Transactional Finance (AP, AR, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and uphold strong financial controls.
- Customer-focused mindset with flexibility and strong time management skills.
