Job Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Transactional Finance Supervisor (French Speaking) include:

  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Ensure financial control through balance sheet reconciliations, supplier payments, and offshore team oversight.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across transactional finance operations.
  • Collaborate with European finance teams to streamline end-to-end processes.
  • Provide first-line support for operational, client, and supplier queries.
  • Lead and support offshore teams while upholding company values and financial integrity.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the role Transactional Finance Supervisor (French Speaking) will have:

  • Fluent in French (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Transactional Finance (AP, AR, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and uphold strong financial controls.
  • Customer-focused mindset with flexibility and strong time management skills.
