Your opportunity

• Utilize AI solutions/toolkits to read documents and extract required data fields.
• Review and validate AI findings to produce fully sanitized and validated data records.
• Facilitate the loading of fully sanitized data sets into the Contract Management System (CMS).
• Manage any required amendments to the CMS to accommodate new records during the upload process.
• Help to manage the transition of data records into the Transfer Agency's system.
• Refresh policies and procedures based on the agreed new operating model.
• Establish and maintain Management Information (MI) throughout the project and on an ongoing basis.
• Assist with the delivery of other Transfer Agency change items, where required.

Must have skills

Nice to have skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their application in data extraction and validation.
• Excellent data management and validation skills.
• Experience with Contract Management Systems (CMS) and data migration processes.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
