About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Director to lead and deliver large-scale business and IT transformation programmes across a complex, regulated environment. This role will drive strategic change, enhance operational efficiency, and support the transition towards a more sustainable, digitally enabled future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the successful delivery of multi-million-pound transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee enterprise-wide technology modernisation, including ERP implementation, digital transformation, and operational system upgrades.
- Drive cost efficiency and performance improvements across large-scale infrastructure and energy networks.
- Work closely with C-suite executives, regulators, and key stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and governance frameworks.
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and operating models to support sustainability and decarbonisation goals.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes (£50M+), ideally within highly regulated industries (Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or similar).
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, ERP implementation, and operational system integration.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including senior leadership, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Track record of driving operational efficiencies and embedding new operating models at scale.
- Experience working within sustainability, net-zero, or energy transition initiatives is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
