Trchnical Business Analyst (DV Cleared)

Our client, a global defence organisation, urgently require an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

• Strong Business Analyst background, with experience gained within Technology Operations or IT Service Management
• ITIL service improvement and DevOps product management experience
• Experience of managing transformational road map and strategy
• DV Cleared

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

• Act as the first point of call for CIOs and departments who are looking to transform ways of working with focus on improving customer and employee experience, embedding agile and delivering cloud solutions in addition to strategic advisory and delivery expertise
• Support structuring, assuring, managing, delivering or setting up solutions
• Provide BA resource to various stakeholders across the organisation
• Operating Model design
• Process re-design, optimisation and lean practices
• Delivery Management
• IT Operations
• Requirement's elicitation
• Value stream mapping
• IT Service Management and ITIL
• Product Ownership and Management
• Product Centric operating models
